Each sessions start on the hour, an arrival 15min in advance is recommended to warm up. For the first visit, a 15min briefing is mandatory. Please arrive at least 30min in advance.

ANY QUESTIONS ? Access for children under 6 years of age is free. However, for safety reasons, an accompanying adult person is mandatory and charged at the normal rate (maximum 2 children for 1 accompanying person).
Parents wishing to accompany their child to an area must pay a spectator entrance fee of CHF 5.00 and receive a drink voucher for the bar.
Passes (annual, 6 months, 10 visits) are issued on magnetic cards. In the event of loss, the card can be replaced by paying an administrative fee of CHF 5.00.
For freeskiing on the big air in the indoor skatepark, it is necessary to take your own pair of ski boots. Alaïa Chalet does not rent this type of equipment.
Discounts: special rates apply on presentation of partner cards (WinPass, Passeport Loisirs, Pass 100% Nax-Région, Amicale CMA). For visitors to the Opale Foundation, a 20% discount applies upon presentation of a valid day ticket.
